Every detail was superb and I appreciated it. The location of this great hotel was beautiful, to Cave Springs winery. Besides, it was close to Niagara on the Lake, and the Shaw Festival. The beds were big, I slept well. Everyone from the staff was attentive.

Some of the staff were not so helpful.

Incredibly beautiful and cute accommodation with a very good service in the heart of Jordan. A wide range of savoury food at breakfast time. Perfect and quiet position on the Twenty restaurant. Based just off the village --restaurants, Niagara on the Lake and Jordan, Ontario.

Particularly good and excellant location directly across from Cave Springs winery, in the great area. Pleasant, welcoming people working here. Upstairs room with huge bathroom, fireplace, as for instance.

The location was stunning, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from St John's Anglican Church.

The service was very good, including an excellent breakfast with premade scrambled eggs. As for me, the location was perfect and beautiful, short walk to Jordan, Ontario, and all the vineyards.

I lovely spend 2 nights in Jordan. Suite I stayed at was luxurious and big with fireplace. The staff were exceptional and provided good service.

Brand-new and generous sized rooms with a lower level. Sensational and great breakfasts with savoury food. Location just next door to the shops & galleries as well as the touristy nature of Niagara.

Perfect and peaceful location close to the village --restaurants, winery, cafe, shops along the main street as well as all the vineyards. Respectful and attentive staff and management. The breakfasts with premade scrambled eggs etc in chaffing dishes.

The units are updated, large on the bed or couch. It has respectful and excellent employees.

We had a fantastic stay at the Inn on the Twenty. The spacious and beautifully appointed rooms were a treat. The spa-like bathroom and comfortable bed made for a relaxing stay. The gracious staff and delightful afternoon treats were a lovely touch. The associated restaurant across the street served delicious meals.

We felt incredibly welcome during our stay and have no complaints whatsoever.

The location was stunning in a fairly nice area, close enough to the Shaw Festival and Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the vineyard. We both enjoyed the food, it was great and had variety of options. Tbh, had a good stay in a quaint town in the Niagara wine region.

The room seemed a little too warm.

The staff are respectful and attentive, managed the parking on site.

Spacious suites with separate bedrooms and large showers. Convenient location with nearby winery for wine tours. Excellent dining experience at the on-site restaurant.

Limited activities and shops in the area. Lack of in-room entertainment options.

Wonderful small and exceptionally comfortable place, I thoroughly enjoyed to be here.

I stayed here before, always updated and well-appointed rooms with fireplace. The staff was respectful and knowledgeable, offered very good services.
